Gary Stewart

Oval House's new General Manager, Gary Stewart, comes to us with extensive management and venue experience, most recently working as the RSC's Stratford Manager heading that company's Stratford Theatres and Properties Operations. Previously Gary was Theatre Manager at the Birmingham Rep where he was closely involved in the implementation of new working practices and organisational systems following the theatre's implementation of Capital and Stablisation programmes. Prior to this role, he was the Theatre Manager at the Royal Court Theatre where he played a key part in managing the company's transfer to the West End during Lottery renovations. We're very pleased to welcome him to the Oval House team.
