33% LONDON 2009

A Celebration of Theatre & Film by and for Young London

Oval House Theatre starts 2009 in style with a celebration of the Capital’s vibrant and diverse new generation of creative practitioners aged 16-25. The programme includes a brand new production from our acclaimed Youth Theatre Company: The Unfortunate Love of the British Empire by Zephryn Taitte and Roy Alexander Weise; Around the House: seven premieres of short plays especially commissioned for Oval House Theatre and performed in every nook and cranny of the building; stunning artwork filling the Cafe Gallery's walls by young artists from Archbishop Tenisons School; a special film screening about the making of our Youth Theatre Company production The Tempest, and Right to the Heart: a one-day conference exploring new developments in youth arts practice.
