Jeremy Day is the Director of Capita Real Estate. Jeremy joined Capita Real Estate in late 2014 to lead and grow their Corporate Real Estate focus. Jeremy has 25 years experience at leading firms including Colliers International, King Sturge and Jones Lang LaSalle, advising major occupiers on their corporate estates.
At Capita Real Estate, Jeremy has championed a new approach to the long-term recruitment and development of a talented and diverse workforce, including promotion of careers into school careers fairs, enhanced work experience, apprenticeship and internship schemes and greater focus on diversity.
Jeremy is currently a lecturer in Corporate Real Estate at Oxford Brookes University, is chair of the Federation of Corporate Real Estate and sits on the RICS Corporate Occupier Group, and has held a variety of past Board and Committee roles.
Outside of business life, Jeremy lives in West London, and is married with two teenage children. He enjoys music, triathlon sports and walking. In addition to supporting Ovalhouse, he is also active in local church, community and athletics clubs.
