33% London is a celebration of the capital’s vibrant and diverse new generation of creative practitioners. The project culminates in an annual festival in January programming film, theatre, dance, master-classes and debates by and for young emerging artists. The project was launched in 2008 to build on Oval House’s strong tradition of youth leadership. 33% is conceived, programmed and run by young people aged 16-25, and marks the transition of artists to a professional platform.
33% London is creating a new audience of theatre goers while engaging with hard to reach communities through work with their artists.
33% is the percentage of Londoners under the age of 26.
