"Bienvenue. Kalosórisma. Welcome. We are so happy to see you all here. Some of you we know rather well, some of you we don't. But it doesn't matter, you all look... stunning."
Two performers – one Greek, one French – dance and shout, cry and sing, agree and disagree, about life in the Eurohouse.
Made in transit between Greece and the UK, EUROHOUSE is developed with the help and support of Bios Athens, Bristol Ferment, MAYK, CPT & Arts Council England.
Nominated for a Total Theatre Award for Innovation, Experimentation & Playing with Form.
“This wonderfully playful, intimate and ultimately moving show … constantly pits idealism against self-interest and pragmatism.” ★★★★ The Guardian
"Poignant and sharp... Lesca and Voutsas are the perfect double-act." ★★★★ Exeunt
Dialogue Theatre host a special *DISCUSS event for Ovalhouse after the show on Thurs 27 April!
A relaxed and informal gathering over a glass of wine, *Discuss gives our audience the opportunity to lead the conversation.
Dialogue Theatre Club is a post-show discussion with a difference. It works like a book group: join us straight after the show for an informal chat about it over a drink. Since no one who made the show is present, audience members can share their thoughts with each other openly.
Hosted by producer Jake Orr.
