Conditions of Sale
All members of the audience must be in possession of a valid ticket.
We do not give refunds. However we may, at our discretion, exchange tickets if we receive more than 24 hours notice.
Customers wishing to exchange tickets at less than 24 hours notice will be charged a £1 administration fee. Preview tickets will be charged at full price if exchanged for a non-preview date.
Advertised times are the start of the actual performance, not the time when doors open: please arrive at least 15 minutes before this time to collect your tickets and take your seats as, in most cases, we CANNOT admit latecomers for whatever reason.
If you leave the auditorium during a performance please be aware that you may not be readmitted and allowed to return to your seat. If you have any special access requirements please call our Box Office to discuss how we can accommodate these.
Ovalhouse reserves the right to refuse admission to any visitor.
Audio and visual recording equipment must not be used during the performance. Mobile phones and pagers must be switched off before entering the auditorium.
Ticket holders consent to being recorded and filmed as members of the audience.
Return tickets and sold out shows
We may agree to sell on returned tickets at our Box Office on behalf of the patron at the face value of the ticket in cash. This only applies when a production reaches its full capacity. A returns list will be opened at the Box Office an hour (60 minutes) before the advertised start time of the production. The patron must be at the Box Office in person for their name to be added to the waiting list. The cash from re-sold tickets must be collected in person from the Box Office. We cannot guarantee the resale of any returned tickets.
