Writer, producer and Ovalhouse Learning and Participation Manager, Titilola Dawudu explores the authenticity of a story. With the lack of voices from underrepresented groups being given space and a platform, shouldn’t their stories be left for them to tell? Can a story truly be authentic through someone else’s lens? And if a story from an underrepresented group is given the stage, why then is it mostly about trauma and struggle? These questions and more will be probed through this session.

All artists welcome, the aim is to create an inquisitive, safe and inviting space.
