Inspired by the Greek mythology Lysistrata, this honest, humorous and moving new play by Bola Agbaje explores the power struggles, choices and determinations of young men and women wrapped up in a life where rules are made and broken and relationships are tested to their limits.

A new play written by Award winning writer Bola Agbaje, performed by Ovalhouse’s Drama Company.

When Donovan dies in an unprovoked attack, Paul’s angered by the death of his best friend; Andrew can’t drag himself away from the X-box; Ryan is too smart for his own good--and their girlfriends are coming up with a plan to make them see revenge isn’t bitter sweet.

Ovalhouse’s 33% Festival marks the celebration of young artists making their way in to the professional industry. For two weeks, Ovalhouse opens its doors to hundreds of aspiring artists to offer guidance, support and hands on training in a friendly environment.
